Well, I used up my archive, I just wanted to catch up to what I did, now I'm going to aim for maybe twice a week updates. If this page is a little awkward to read, it's meant to go like this: Computer tells them whats in the first square, then the panel where they're all despondent, then read the second square and the panel where they're all hopeful.

thanks for the compliment ^_^ I draw the characters and important objects pretty much randomly on a piece of paper, usually one sheet, sometimes two; then in photoshop I use the selection and move tools to arrange them on a blank page. (for example, that's the same picture of the computer from a previous page, I just pasted the picture of the tower drawn on a separate sheet inside it) Once I have everything arranged and spaced how I like I draw the panel borders with the pencil tool and make simple backgrounds with shapes and stuff. Then I do my special effects, like explosions or motion blurs, crop any remaining white space, resize it to around 800 pixels wide (it was originally 3000 pixels wide) put in the dialogue, and flatten the image. Until it's flattened everything is free to move around, so I never get stuck with a character, speech bubble, or scenery object in a place I don't want.

I like to read the computer lines before looking at the othr two panels. It's like they are so deep in defeat they take some time to realize the hope part.
